Hello. Today, I don’t want to talk to you about anxiety. This is because I had my first panic attack three hours after my sister described her first panic attack to me – and so, obviously, I don’t want you to have your first panic attack three hours after you read this. I am worried that, if I talk about it, you might “catch” anxiety off me – like the measles. That thought makes me anxious. It’s making me think I should call this whole column off. I wish I hadn’t had that coffee for breakfast. Is it quite stuffy in here? I’m just going to walk around for a bit.
