This season it’s all about the midiskirt. They’re everywhere — in the shops, in magazines — but the real test of any trend is whether the fashion crowd will actually wear it to the shows. For a while now, fashion editors have been telling us that short skirts and WAGish high heels have had their day, but still we seem to see them tottering around. Only not this season.
