Ángel Di María has moved closer to a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain. Senior officials from the French champions held face-to-face talks with Manchester United to try to push through a £50 million deal for the unsettled Argentina winger.

PSG are believed to be proposing an initial fee of around £42 million that could rise to about £50 million, although United are holding out
